Orders within the UK will be shipped with FedEx, who estimate a delivery period of 2 working days.
Returns
Whilst we do not offer returns for items bought in-store, we do offer an exchange within 14 calendar days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any items from orders placed online, a refund can be requested within a 14 calendar day period.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time, so instead we ask that you return the item/s and place a new order.
If your return request is approved, item/s can be shipped to the below address using the shipping provider of your choice. We kindly request all returns be sent with tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. When the items have been received and checked by our store team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
We are not responsible for duties or taxes on international orders and cannot accept returns if an order is rejected due to non-payment.
