How can I shop at The Muse?
The Muse is open from 10am to 6pm, 7 days a week, and is located in The Clubhouse at Estelle Manor. You must be a hotel guest or a member to visit The Muse, however we offer a curated selection of products online. If you see something you like on our Instagram, please reach out to us at museonline@estellemanor.com and we will do our best to help you!
Can I collect my online order in-store?
Only hotel guests and members can collect their online orders from The Muse during our opening hours. If you are not a member or a hotel guest, we will gladly ship your order directly to you.
Do you ship globally?
We do! Orders within the UK will be shipped with Fedex, who estimate a delivery period of 2 working days. Orders outside of the UK will be shipped with Fedex, and shipping times are calculated at checkout, depending on where in the world you are.
Can I return my online order in-store?
If you are a member or hotel guest, we are happy for you to visit us in store and we can assist with your return or exchange. Please refer to our returns page (linked) for both our in-store and online return policies.
